Total GymThere are a few models of the Total Gym exercise equipment: the 1400, the 1600 and the GTS . The 1400 has six resistance levels, there is a 7° to 29° incline, it comes with a free rolling glideboard, there is a pulley system for your arms, you will receive an exercise guide and you will also get a starter DVD – Total Gym Fundamentals and this machine comes with a wing, squat stand TS. The model #1600 has ten resistance levels and there is a 6° to 34° incline. It also has a 3 Grip Pull-up bar. The GTS model has eight resistance levels and an incline of 5° to 28°. It also has an arm pulley system as well as a free rolling glideboard.
