I am very satisfied with the results I am getting. I am a person who did not care for a six pack. I also go to the gym so I was building other major muscles except the abs. This product caught my eye though, when I brought it home I popped in the DVD and followed the workout instructions: In order there is beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Now if you quickly become familiar with your ab rocket do intermediate workout for a Week straight. The results will come, you will see those beauties coming in. I also strongly suggest you do a cardio workout also. I like to run about 1 mile a day sometimes 2. Maybe thats why its faster for me. Well of course if your (Im sorry) Fat, Obese, or chubby It will take very long thats just life. you dont get skinny of doing one thing aka Ab rocket workouts. No! You need to do a cardio as many times in a week that you have to. You need to eat right! and work Hard! Now the bad I see in it. The AB rocket sold to customers is not the same as the one the instructors/trainers use on the DVD. This makes me wonder if those are the HIGH Quality AB Rockets that give you messages and no strain on necks, (Yes sometimes I do feel strain, but only if I am not doing it right, such as going up and down to fast). But hey its the same with EVERY single product made. THEY (companies) always keep the best just for show and tell, then sell lower quality. Thats Business. I am a work in progress and satisfied with the results I am getting and will still be getting, with the correct use of the AB Rocket.
