Each workout has 10 moves that are one Min. Each. Some workouts use the bands only and some use the Bands with the Door attachment. You get a great complete workout using the program. Even the Cardio uses the Bands for the extra calorie burn.
The workouts are great and you really do get a great workout in 10 Min. Do note however the program is really intended to do more than one 10 min workout per session. It suggest 3 for Max results and 2 for good results.
The Deluxe package is the best deal and has all the workouts and of course extra bands.
You will like it I am sure! I love the workouts and it adds so much flexibility!
"I just got 10 min trainer and I've been doing it for 2 days. U should do 3 videos a day for best results not just one. And as for calories? In this workout you are using resistance bands so it all depends on how much resistance u put in it but I guarantee it is a lot. I have never been so sweaty after a workout and I am in the Air Force we work out 3 times a week for an hour or more."
